The Value
You've Built Something Real. You Know There's Another Level.
This is for a specific kind of person, the high performer who has already proven they can produce and is ready to discover what’s truly possible next.
The revenue is real. The team is in place. The business works.
And somewhere along the way, you’ve been operating from an identity forged under pressure, scarcity, survival, the need to prove something. It got you here.
It won’t take you further. In fact, it’s what’s holding the next level back.
The people I work with aren’t struggling. They’re succeeding, but paying too high a price for it. In energy. In relationships. In the gap between what they’ve built and what they know is still possible.
Who you are under pressure is who you actually are. And until that version of you is aligned with what you’re capable of, the ceiling stays in place.
You've Already Proven You Can Win.
This Isn't a
Strategy Problem.
You cannot outperform your identity. Every identity has a ceiling, and no amount of effort, strategy, or discipline will break through it, not in the boardroom, not in your relationships, and not in the life you’re building around everything you’ve achieved. The only way forward is at the root, through identity recreation. That’s what The Peace Paradox Method™ is built for, and that’s the work we do together.
Is This Work For You?
This work requires a specific kind of readiness, and that’s not something that can be forced. It’s not about wanting more; it’s about being ready to see and change what’s actually in the way. When you reach that point, you won’t need convincing. You’ll know.
This Work Is for You If
✓ You've already proven you can perform. You want to know what's still possible.
✓ You're ready to do the internal work — not just optimize what's external.
✓ You want a thought leader and advisor in your corner who has lived this, not just studied it.
✓ You're building toward something significant and you want to arrive there whole.
This Work Is Not for You If
✗You're looking for tactics, templates, or accountability check-ins.
✗You want to be told what to do rather than discover who you are.
✗You're not ready to be honest about what your current identity is costing you.
Why Bob Hurd
I spent eight years on submarines—operating in one of the most confined and demanding environments there is. Performing at a high level alongside people you don’t choose, may not get along with, and can’t walk away from. You learn to function with very little—sleep, comfort, space—and still deliver when it matters. Most importantly, you learn how to stay settled when everything around you is pushing you in the opposite direction.
Four years in recruiting changed everything. That’s where I discovered my purpose—helping others see what’s possible in themselves. People trusted my guidance, and I realized my greatest impact wasn’t in my own performance, but in unlocking it in others.
I went on to build a business that generated over $50 million in sales. Then I made the decision to step away—not because I had to, but because I knew there was something more aligned with who I am.
Now, the work is clear: helping others step into what they’re actually capable of.
“I’ve lived this work from the inside.”
I work with a maximum of six clients at a time, all in a private 1:1 capacity. There are no programs, no cohorts, and no shortcuts.
This is deep, direct work, built entirely around you: your identity, your current ceiling, and what’s required to reach your next level.
